About Me

  

I'm Clare Bradley, a Behaviour Change Coach specialising in emotional resilience, communication, and anger management.


Before becoming a coach, I spent over 20 years in the police.  An experience that gave me deep insight into the challenges people face when emotions run high, relationships break down, or behaviour spirals out of control. I've also worked directly with individuals who have used harmful behaviours in their relationships, commonly referred to as domestic abuse perpetrators. Helping them take responsibility and rebuild in safer, healthier ways.


My coaching is kind, calm, non judgemental and honest. I believe people can change when they feel supported, seen, and heard. I use NLP coaching techniques, including reframing, timelines, anchoring, and perceptual positions, to help people reflect, reset, and move forward.

I'm passionate about creating spaces where people feel safe enough to be honest with themselves and supported enough to make real, lasting changes.

If you're here because you've been told you need to attend a programme, or because something in your relationship hasn’t felt right for a while, you're in the right place. This is a calm, honest, and non judgemental space to begin making meaningful change.


The DAPP is a structured, trauma informed intervention that supports people in understanding the impact of their behaviour, taking responsibility, and learning new ways to communicate and relate safely.


Whether you're self referring, going through / been through family court, or have been encouraged by a professional to find support, this programme is designed to meet you where you are.

How the Programme Works

  • Initial Assessment – a one off session to explore readiness and willingness to change
  • 16-Week Programme – weekly structured sessions (online or in-person, depending on location and availability)
  • Final Report – a written summary of your progress, suitable for family court or other professional purposes
