I offer court-accepted Domestic Abuse Perpetrator Programmes (DAPP) and 1-2-1 anger coaching, available online across the UK or in person in Wigan.
As a former police officer, I've worked in high stress situations and with individuals from all walks of life, from everyday people to those in crisis.

Step 1: Assessment (£150) Fee is payable upfront.
Initial 1 hour assessment to ensure suitability and commitment.
Step 2: Full Programme (£2,500 remaining)

My Independent Domestic Abuse Perpetrator Programme (DAPP) is a 16-week behaviour change programme with court accepted final reports recognised by UK family courts and solicitors.
Whether you're self referring to strengthen your family court position or have been recommended by your solicitor, this comprehensive programme provides the accountability work courts are looking for, with one important difference: unlike Respect-accredited programmes, I can accept self referrals even during ongoing court proceedings. I deliver my Independent DAPP programme across the entire UK via secure online video calls. For those in the Wigan, Manchester, or Greater Manchester areas, in person sessions are also available.

If you're looking for a DAPP: I only work with people who are ready to take some accountability for their behaviour. If you're completely in denial or just want a certificate to tick a box for court, this isn't the programme for you.
My reports are honest. If you do the work, I'll reflect that. If you don't, I'll reflect that too.
If you're looking for anger coaching: This work only succeeds if you're genuinely ready to look at yourself honestly and make changes. You know something needs to change, maybe before you lose your family, your relationship, or your peace of mind. That knot in your stomach, the guilt afterwards, the regret in your partner's eyes... it's exhausting trying to keep it together.
