If you’re here, something might be feeling heavy or difficult right now. Maybe you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to fix things — either in your relationship, at home, or within yourself.
I'm Clare Bradley, a Behaviour Change Coach specialising in emotional resilience, communication, and anger management.
Before becoming a coach, I spent over 20 years in the police. An experience that gave me deep insight into the challenges people face when emotions run high, relationships break down, or behaviour spirals out of control. I've also worked directly with individuals who have used harmful behaviours in their relationships, commonly referred to as domestic abuse perpetrators. Helping them take responsibility and rebuild in safer, healthier ways.
My coaching is kind, calm, non judgemental and honest. I believe people can change when they feel supported, seen, and heard. I use NLP coaching techniques, including reframing, timelines, anchoring, and perceptual positions, to help people reflect, reset, and move forward.
I'm passionate about creating spaces where people feel safe enough to be honest with themselves and supported enough to make real, lasting changes.
Whether you're here because you want support for yourself or you're looking for a trusted coach for someone else — welcome. I'm glad you found your way here.
Personal support to explore emotional triggers, rebuild communication, and feel more in control of how you respond.
A 16 week trauma informed intervention supporting accountability, communication, and safer relationships.
Change is possible. I’ve seen it, time and time again with people who thought they were beyond help, who felt ashamed, or angry, or exhausted by trying to “hold it all together.”
If you’re ready to take the first step, I’m here to walk beside you.
💬 Let’s have a conversation – no pressure, no judgement. Just support.

💬 Support is available – for you, and for those around you.
If you’re reading this, chances are you’re feeling like you’ve run out of options. Maybe you’re at a breaking point in your relationship. Maybe your emotions are starting to affect your work or how you parent. Or maybe you’re a professional looking for support for a client who’s struggling to cope.
Whatever brought you here, you’re not alone and things can change.
It might start with arguments, silent treatment, or sudden outbursts, but over time, anger and miscommunication take a toll. You feel exhausted. Misunderstood. Guilty. Ashamed. Relationships suffer, communication breaks down, and even your health can take a hit.
Many of my clients come to me when they feel like they’ve hit a wall. They don’t want to keep repeating the same patterns. They want to understand what’s really going on underneath their anger and frustration, and they’re ready to do the work.
The truth is, most people don’t want to “lose control.” They’ve just never been shown how to manage their emotions safely.
My 1-2-1 coaching sessions are designed to help you rebuild, not just your relationships, but your understanding of yourself.
Through kind, calm, and non judgemental support, I help people explore their triggers, shift their thinking, and learn how to communicate in a way that feels respectful, safe, and healthy, even in difficult conversations.
I use a mix of practical coaching tools and NLP techniques like reframing, timelines, anchoring, and perceptual positions to help you develop real self-awareness, emotional resilience, and lasting change.
You’ll leave with more clarity, more confidence, and a way forward, not just for now, but for the long term.
